About
EVENT PRO OTTAWA
From Concept to Show.
You're organizing a concert; do you need equipment and technique?
Give us a date and details, and we'll take care of the rest.
And if you don't know exactly what you need, we will advise you.
We have been doing this for many years; we have experience, and we have our own sound, light, and stage equipment.
What we can do for you:
-
Create the overall concept and stage design
-
Create a 3D rendering, so you can see what your event will look like before we build anything
-
Design the lighting, LED screens and video
-
Recommend the right equipment and setup
-
Prepare the technical plan
-
Program the lighting and LED screens to work with your music and event
-
Deliver and set everything up on-site
-
Handle technical rehearsals and testing
-
Provide full technical support throughout your event
